WHY LORING ROASTERS? We exclusively use Loring roasters because of their closed-loop system, which makes the roasting process almost entirely automatic and self-regulating. Instead of constantly reheating the ambient air, Lorings recirculate the heat, requiring less energy to reach the ideal roasting temperatures. This not only results in more Fresh Roasted Coffee for you, but also reduces waste from over-roasted beans.

NITROGEN FLUSH Coffee starts to lose its freshness immediately after roasting. To combat this and extend the life of our coffee, we package, nitrogen flush, and seal each bag. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that is heavier than air. This forces out any flavor-stealing oxygen before the bag is sealed tight, ensuring your coffee stays fresh for longer.
